Information and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public DCX website to understand page use, site performance, and actions such as support-contact clicks, form submissions, and software downloads.
What we protect
DCX does not intentionally send support request details, remote access IDs, passwords, unattended-access credentials, Workspace information, multifactor authentication codes, API tokens, or other endpoint secrets to analytics providers. Microsoft Clarity masks sensitive content by default. Authenticated Workspace pages are not included in this public-site analytics deployment.
Forms and service requests
Information you submit through a DCX form is used to respond to your request and deliver the service you asked for. Analytics records that a submission occurred, not the confidential contents of the request.
Your choices
